Privacy & Safety
1. Design & Order Policy
All design work must be approved by the customer before printing or production.
Once approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.
A deposit may be required before starting any design or production.
Turnaround time depends on project size and will be communicated in advance.
2. Payment Policy
Full payment is required before pickup or installation.
We accept cash, card, or other agreed payment methods.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Refund & Reprint Policy
No refunds after design approval and production has started.
Reprints are only offered if there is a production error caused by our shop.
We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer (spelling, layout, etc.).
4. Pickup & Installation
Customers will be notified when orders are ready.
Please check your items at pickup.
Installation services are available upon request (additional cost may apply).
5. Privacy Policy
Customer information (name, phone, email) is used only for order processing and communication.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Your design files are kept secure and used only for your project unless permission is given.
6. Safety Policy
Our shop follows safe working practices for all staff and customers.
Proper tools and materials are used during production and installation.
Customers should follow staff instructions when visiting the shop or during installation.
